Are your treatments covered by OHIP?
Unfortunately OHIP has recently re-structured their medical services plan and no longer covers any private service provider outside the hospital setting.

Do you have a RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) and what kind of massages do you offer?
Yes. Our massage therapist specializes in Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage.

How can I arrange a tour?
In order to arrange a tour it is best that you schedule in advance by calling in, or filling out the proper information in our “book a tour section” of the website. This is important so that a therapist or manager can take the time to properly tour you, explain how our advanced technology works, and discuss a possible treatment plan.

Is the Lokomat right for me?
For most people with neurological conditions the Lokomat has shown to be extremely beneficial. However, a thorough assessment with our therapists must be completed in order to properly evaluate our client’s individual needs.

If I am currently training and doing physiotherapy somewhere else is it ok to use your advanced rehabilitation equipment?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our clients are currently training at other locations but utilize our facilities advanced equipment and activity based programs.
